WFBA Takes the Game Over East Hill Christian, 18-2

WFBA asserted their will over East Hill Christian on their way to an 18-2 victory.

The Lady Conquerors got things started in the first inning when Shelby Ward drew a walk, scoring one run. WFBA notched seven runs in the fourth inning. Ayanna Kelker, Gracy Harvell, Zoey Loftus, Emily Jones, Allie Whiting, and Kelker all moved runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.

Whiting pitched WFBA to victory. She went four innings, allowing two runs on one hit and striking out three.

Lindsay Thomas took the loss for East Hill Christian. The hurler allowed six hits and 11 runs over three innings, striking out two.

Makenzie Prouse led WFBA with two hits in two at bats.

Sarah Dickens went 1-for-2 at the plate to lead East Hill Christian in hits.
